I played through last night in one complete sitting (never quitting once) and yet this trophy never popped. I did pause the game a few times though. Does pausing negate the trophy? For Sprinter, you need to play through the entire game without closing out of it or bringing up the journal (either by pausing or via inventory). This means you need to play the entire game without saving. it is the Mein Lieben of point and clicks. Just considerably easier.
