I read here that the names for the skills and abilitys trophies are exchanged in the European versions of the game so i hope that means we will get the abilitys trophy when we max out Ottos skills. https://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/troll-and-i/308918-anyone-platinum-yet.html I beat the game today but i missed 2 Otto idols so now i must beat the game from the beginning and looks for all the collectibles again if i want to 100% it.
