Trine Experience Bottle Glitch?

Been playing Trine 1 PS3 version and have had a lot of problems with the Experience Bottle collecting. Have had to replay all but 3 of the chapters anywhere from 2 to 5 times before getting the trophy for finding them in each chapter. Now some of the green bottles were missed in a few chapters but other chapters none were missed but the end of chapter totals said some were. Now in a chapter replay any missed bottles will still be green and any located and collected in a previous playthrough will now be blue. This is how the trend or glitch was caught on to. In subsequent chapter replays, when one of these blue experience bottles was picked up the chapter trophy would pop. This occurred on several occasions. It wasn't a freak thing. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just on my system that this is going on?

It's been forever since I played the ps3 version, but I dont recall having that issue. I think that happening repeatedly would definitely leave a lasting impression.
