Question About Quick Saving / Autosave

I know that you can grind out certain trophies by quick saving/reloading (for example, that's how I got 'Carmaheddon' and plan on getting 'Tidyman'). So I guess the game automatically keeps track of how many you got.

 

My question is: does this work for 'Professional'?  For example, can I use chapter select, get the weapon, kill an enemy, and then quit out and select the next chapter?  Will that count or does it have to be continuous (a playthrough)? (I guess also this could apply to 'Toy seller')

Yes it should work. I got Professional on my 2nd playthrough before I even got the crossbow, so it even keeps track across entire playthroughs. I got Toy Seller in a continuous playthrough but I presume it works like the other collectibles, which definitely do carry over across plathroughs / checkpoints / mission select.
