How to start free roam after beating main story?

I've achieved the platinum two years ago for EU version, now I'm doing the NA version... But with all the updates they made, I don't know how to start free roam after I've completed main story.

 

I've saved my progress after beating final boss, but if I load that savegame it brings me at the moment right before the access of final fight.

 

So I guess I have to start NG+ keeping all the progresses for my characters, but it obviously brings me to chapter 1... So, what...?

That's what happens when you want trophies and you get panic because you're too afraid to not continue the game: create unuseful topics before search it on Google
