Trophy help

I am missing 2 trophies at this point:

Twin peaks - Discover what happened to Vanessa.

Ruiner - Uncover a disturbing operation throughout town.

 

If anyone knows how to get those please let me know! 

And if anyone is having problems with a diffrent trophy, feel free to ask me

It doesn’t look like anybody’s made one for this game yet (at least not on any of the trophy/achievement websites I frequent or in a google search).

 

But on the Steam’s forums, somebody posted the following solution for getting Twin Peaks:
- Talked to Vanessa at School (required)
- Examined her Locker (Hallway where Bio Class is)
- Examined the Teachers Desk and Chalk Board (Inside Bio Class)
- Examined and read everything at Hospital about Teacher (Not Required?)
- Vanessa's Shoe / Purse 2 Items inside besides Orange Key (Sawmill / Home Lab)
- Examined Vanessa's Dead Body
