Trophy for all entries unlocked early

So while playing today the trophy for filling out the entire book of Gallowmere unlocked without completing the game. I am bout 4 levels away with 16 chalices collected and all weapons trophy unlocked. I can't tell if this is 'normal' or not.

 

I also ran into the glitch of the Death Smorgosboard trophy not unlocking despite having died 7 different times with the game over screen and restarting the level. Wondering if the two are related. Just reached the Haunted Castle and will try to let the timer run out and see if that unlocks the missing trophy.
