Question about getting all the medals

Do you need to get all medals under all the difficulties or can you get all medals under just one of them and it counts towards the trophies

I don't know with absolute certainty but based on what the time estimate of platinum is (10-15 hours) and what other people have said I've heavily assumed that you only need to do it on one difficulty.

You just need to get a medal on one difficulty. And even if you switch difficulties mid-game, it doesn't matter. If you have half on easy and half on normal, you'll still get the trophy.

just need to get each medal in any difficulty.

 

what i did was play one level for the Kill-all and no-alarms medal and once im done with the level i just play it again on stealth so i have fresh memory of all enemies and objectives. Much quicker this way.

I can confirm that you don't have to get all medals in the same difficulty. You just have to get medals in each chapter.
