Full House trophy glitched

Help! The only trophy missing for my platinum is Full House!

 

I have completed the story, but the button prompt for getting the small animal in Bogano is not being displayed! 

I am surprised the problem is not posted here yet.

 

Has anybody come across this issue?

I have same issue and after some quick research. The trophy is missable if you don't get the boggling early on before completing the story.

Nothing is missable in this game. You can recruit the Bogling after attaining Force Push ability.

I have no option to recruit the bogling after beating the story.

that article mentions that it's an easily missable trophy.
