I was working on the last one "Explorer: Valley of Tarsis", and I was missing only one Landmark: The Faithful (The Hound). I got it, the server/game crashed (as happens quite often). I launched the game again, and the landmark is now discovered but not marked as discovered in the Tracker so I can't finish the trophy. Just a heads up to others running for 100%.
