According to the guide it's supposed to unlock when getting to Marzistan, after having defeated the Strong Mad's Tarantula in "Country". Nothing happened though. Solved: Turns out the guide I was using has information that's out of order. Another guide indicated that the trophy in question only unlocks after the "Attention" segment is finished.
