Creative mode?

I’ve tried searching on YouTube but haven’t seen anything. Do you earn creative simply when you’ve Saved Timmy? What exactly is Creative mode? Do you have infinite health? Can you spawn any items you want? Is there enemies? Do trophies unlock?

Yes, you will earn Creative Mode by completing the game. In Creative Mode you have no thirst, no hunger, you can’t get any damage (there is also no fall damage), you have infinite stamina/sprint and there are no enemies. You can craft whatever you want except the things you can craft in your backpack, you still need to find materials for that. You can earn almost all of the trophies in Creative Mode.

a certain ending or something? I've heard talks of needing to end the game in a certain way.

You have to save Timmy by going towards the computer at the end. If you don’t do this, the ending trophy/complete the game trophy wont unlock and you’d have to start over from your last checkpoint to get it.

Yes just be sure you go to the main computer for the ending and not the one on the ground.
