infinite loading when searching for games

I can't play online, when I look for rooms the game is always loading, looking for matches and apparently finds it, but it doesn't load, the screen is all black. this situation has persisted for months already lol, i can never start my journey in multiplayer. any suggestion? btw disc version in perfect state.

Hi, I had experienced the same issue and I've found out that physical version and/or DLC pack may bring this kind of glitch.

If you got premium version just delete DLC pack. If it won't fix just try to delete game data (not save file) and re-install it. It worked for me and I'm actually playing MP modes with no problems.

Se você tem a versão premium, basta excluir o pacote DLC. Se não for corrigido, tente excluir os dados do jogo (não salvar o arquivo) e reinstalá-lo. Funcionou para mim e estou jogando os modos MP sem problemas.

Having the same problem, my main account gets into the online without issue but my second account gets stuck, downloaded version, tried deleting and re installing everything but it didn't work
