Level Select?

Just a quick question I can't seem to find around. 

I completed my first through on Easy - mostly due to the Autoplay function so I can focus on the narrative side of the game.

 

Now that I'm planning on doing the repeated playthroughs for the different endings, I was wondering if it was possible to play it all on Easy to clear through all the narrative trophies and... I'm trying to remember if there was a stage select that you can access from your phone?

Since it's possible to change the difficulty anytime through the Golden Playhouse, can we theoretically just load up different stages and go for the gold for El Dorado?

 

Or do I have to attempt each playthrough with the difficulties from the start?

 

Just concerned that I'll mess up somewhere with the narrative choices.

You can but will save yourself a lot of time and hassle in the long run by just playing on Hard from the get-go for one of your playthroughs.

Yeah you can load up each difficulty for each individual stage, both regular and remix levels
