ZeromusF4 Posted July 24, 2020 Share Posted July 24, 2020 I have the physical version of afterbirth. Been playing neon abyss (waiting on a patch for that game) and have the itch to play issac again. I am quite experienced with the game and mechanics on PC pre afterbirth+. So with starting a new save file what are some tips that can help the road to the platinum go easier. I think I remember something to the effect of only unlocking the perthro rune so you always get that if a rune drops. Any other tips? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
