I can't find any stairs or an elevator to the next floor. I keep running around and dying trying to reach the next floor. How do you find the stairs or elevator to the next floor? You should see a glowy thing on the ground outlined in a light blue color with a symbol on it. If you hit triangle and pick, "check" it'll say "use elevator" or something like that.
