Does the Neo-Thermal boost from the starter pack count toward the "Don't Look Back" trophy? I have over 11 minutes already and the trophy hasn't popped.

No, the Neo-Thermal rocket boost doesn't count towards the "Don't Look Back" trophy.

You will need a regular Thermal rocket boost in order for this to work and it looks like this:

It can be in any color and it doesn't have to be common, just make sure it only says "Thermal" in the name. (this applies for every trophy that requires a specific item)

I haven’t found this anywhere on the forums, but it does appear that now to be eligible for trading, you also must be rank 30 in addition to spending $5 in the store and having an Epic account with 2FA. Getting to rank 30 can be a bit of a grind, especially if you opted to get a lot of the trophies offline. The season rocket pass does accelerate this by opening up additional weekly and season XP challenges, but it’s also $10 USD.
