When can i access ranked playlists?

I was hoping to knock the brief online stuff out of the way ASAP for this game. However for the Climb trophy you need to enter ranked speedlists and i think your car needs to be level 275. I've just done the prologue so I'm pretty much at the beginning of this game, how long is it going to take me to get this trophy out of the way? Or should I say, how long did it take you?

You need to get a race/dirt car with 275+ performance to be able to join ranked play, either get it by playing the story or save up for it right away.
