Please advise for the connection trophies

I got all other trophies and currently in NG++.

During the gameplay, it never allows me to use the Blue Eye Stone or Black Eye Stone.

I don't know why I couldn't use it, I tried it at different locations (in front of boss, etc) and in human/soul form.

Should I create a new character since not sure could NG+ connect with NG players?

The only thing you need to know to use red/black or blue eyed stone, is that you need to be in soul form. There may not be a whole lot of people in ng++ right now that play in human form, so I would advise using a new character, kill phalanx, then get summon/invade

Or I suppose I could summon you with one of my character level 105 or so in ng++
