But its Not availible to buy in the hong kong store. So where I can Buy it to get the AS Stack?

Are you logged into an account from the right region? I just logged in with my Hong Kong account and added it to my cart just fine. If you log in with an EU or NA account, it will tell you it's not available for purchase.

Im logged in with my hong kong Account.
