I doubt many will see or use this but just in case:

 

I found this JP website that gives more info on the game, you can use google to translate from JP to EN to get a better understanding. Also has links to dialogue choices for each route for the normal and good endings:

Basically you have to get all 14 endings for the plat ( There are 7 routes with a good ending and normal ending).
There are 2 parts to the game. To get to the 2nd part you need to make sure that all the Quint's subjects are above 60 pts by the end of the studying portion. If at least one subject is less than 60 pts than its the bad ending ( which is a trophy)
It will require 6 playthroughs of the game, the first 5 playthroughs are for each Quint ( Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki ). You will have to raise the 'intimacy' meter for them to 5 star (80+ pts) on their route, you do this by having Fuutarou help them with studying/searching for items as well as having them cook. Once you get to the 2nd part of their route make a save. Then choose the correct dialogue choices for the normal ending and the good ending.

You need to do 5 playthroughs because certain CGs are obtained during the study portion while increasing said girl's intimacy, doing a combined route will probably make you miss a CG so its better just to do a playthrough each for all 5 of them.

 

6th playthrough is for Raiha's route and the Everyone (Harem) route.
Raiha's route requires the girls intimacy to be all below 5 stars and their subjects need to be above 60 pts but not all above 80pts.
Everyone route also requires intimacy to be below 5 stars but their subjects all have to be above 80 pts.

Raise everyone subjects to 80+ except for one, make a save just before 8/7 and then you can do Raiha's route first then do the Everyone route by raising the subject to 80+.

There's also a miscellaneous trophy for having one of the girl's HP be reduced to 0.
