Missable trophies?

I beat the game but still don’t have “spooked” or “tongue tied”. Can anyone who got these tell me how to get it? (As best as you can remember). I will also try to answer how I got other trophies if anyone is missing them

Missable trophies I noticed I did get to help others:

 

A leg up is in chapter 1:

Spoiler

When trying to save Seiko at the end of the chapter, run outside the bathroom and grab the bucket right outside the door and return. It's possible to just keep interacting with Seiko and end the chapter that way, so this is technically missable

 

Self-Sacrifice is in chapter 2:

Dialogue choice, insist as Miss Yuri to not hurt your students, don't beg on your own behalf

Charmed is in chapter 3:

Take Yuka's charm when it's offered. It allows you to survive one potential death/wrong end. You can complete the chapter without taking it so it's missable.

Reunion is in chapter 3:

When running from Shig as Yuka, let his character sprite touch you. Once he does and says some dialogue, the trophy triggers

Annnnd to answer my own question for others....

 

Spooked is in Chapter 1:

Examine the cabinet in the upper left hand corner of the classroom with the save candle in chapter 1. It will show hair the first time, the face the second or third.

 

Tongue Tied is in Chapter 4:

After getting Tokiko's Tongue go to where you see the two spirits wandering - instead of giving it to Tokiko, run away to 2F East stairway. Watch the cutscene, get the other tongue, go up to both ghost children.
