Location of all pets

I got these images from devs a while ago (thx Alex!) and thought that perhaps I would include them in the guide. That idea did not pan out but I believe these could be very useful for those of you who are stuck.

The screenshots contain location of 45 pets even though you only need 44 for the trophy.

Just some notes for those who'd try to get these in the order they're listed: it's not possible. Plenty of these are in odd orders. And some require abilities you don't have the first time you pass them by.

 

Forest Island
- Pet 14 requires double jump.

 

Desert Island
- Pet 2 requires you to be in the future or dash through the wind.
- Pet 5 requires megastomping to the left of the monolith, or jumping off the above cliff (with the "leap of faith" sign) to get deep enough for a high enough wind boost.
- Pet 8 requires megastomping to get deep enough in the water to swim through the passage.
- Pet 9 seems impossible to reach. Could be why the counter only goes up to 44 instead of 45 and the trophy description mentions "domesticated animals". Neither timelines have any pathing to it.
- Pet 15 (the left-most) requires you to be in the future, and megastomp to get up there.

 

Ice Island
- Pet 6 (top-most) requires either time-freezing the ice-cube thrown by the Icehorn Beetle and jumping up, or coming from above (when going to the big boss of the island).
