Very Specific Question?

So I just got the trophy for all endings (very annoying having to sit through the same cutscenes all over again) I just need a couple of misc trophies for the plat that I will easily get in the morning,

 

Here is that very specific question I was just wondering for the ending where it's just Madison and Scott in the warehouse at the end, what happens to Shaun if you save him first with Madison (by knocking out Scott) but then Scott kills you on the roof? (if you fail the prompts) does Scott just drown him in the water again or leaves him be? I would check myself but I've seen the ending enough times, and was wondering if anyone knows

Once Shaun is out of the water he is safe, and will reunite with Ethan. Scott flees the scene and either gets away or gets hunted by Lauren, depending on whether or not you killed her.
