If i already have the trophies for finding all ghosts, items etc and those are at 100% in-game, and all i have left is s+ for nightmare, then that will unlock crazed completist? The only thing I haven't done so far regarding collecting and completing everything is the Nightmare run with S+ rating. ?Edit: Nevermind, I looked at the most recent platinum achievers and they all got the 'Crazed Completist' trophy together with the 'Peerless Perfectionist', so it seems completing the game in nightmare mode with S+ rating is a requirement for 'crazed completist'.
