I have contacted support they asked for the PS4 version ID transaction, time & date of purchase, then they asked to check the store from everywhere browsers, app and PlayStation 5. After that, they ignored my messages ? All I see is one version in the store, unlike other regions they have 2 versions, I suppose one is the PS5 upgrade. As you see, there is only one version honesty I am losing hope in SA store, a lot of missing games and dlcs, support don't know what the heck is going on. I stopped using it to purchase games, but energy cycle is an old game, I should get the free upgrade for it. All I want to know, did anyone get the free upgrade somehow?!
