PS4 to Vita

Hey I want to know something about the trophies in the platforms. 
If I play a game in the ps4 like the last of us and in

the middle i make a remote play to keep playing in the vita, the trophies I earn will be for the PS4 or it will be in another title list for the last of us to vita ?

The trophies will be from ps4 if you remote play from ps4. And there is no different trophies lou on vita

Your trophies will be for a PS4 trophy list. It's like streaming your PS4 to a pc. You are not playing a Vita version.

As others have said, you will be remotely playing just one version, whether you use Remote Play on Vita, PC, iOS, or Android. You’re streaming from a PS4 or PS5 and playing whatever list belongs to the version of the game running on the console.
