Trophy guides do not register my earned trophies (bug?)

so i have been using many guides to help me earn some platinums,

it was too convenient that these guides highlighted the trophies i have earned with green colour,

for some reason this stopped happening, is there a fix?

for example, i am working Assassins Creed II and the trophies i have earned dont show up on guides

The guide will only track if that guide is for the region and console you're playing on (assuming separate trophy lists).

 

There are no plans to adjust that right now.

So you're playing the PS4 version but looking at the guide for the PS3 version, correct?

You're playing the PS4 version of the game, but the guide here is for the PS3 version. That's why it's not tracking the trophies you've earned.

The same goes for different region stacks like NA and EU.

well i dont think that is the case since the same thing has been happening with "Hades"

although it is true that i messed up the Assassins Creed guides...

You played the PS5 version of Hades. The guide here is for the PS4 NA version of that game.

ok so i did that mistake but this is not the case since this has also been happening with another game (Hades)

hold up, i thought ps4 and ps5 trophies were the same,

i cant re-earn the same trophies for ps5 if i have already done them on ps4

why the heck are the guides different?
