Ok so is the physical Korean version the correct thing I should be buying? Can I buy the dlc for it? Or should I be going digital? I wanna know for sure before investing the money.

Unless you have a korean national ID, you wouldn't even be able to create a korean psn account to purchase the dlc

 

There is a hong kong asia version, and there's no ID restrictions to create an account to buy the dlc
