How do you enable cheats?

I've completed the story mode and unlocked bounty mode and hard difficulty, so I've started bounty mode and did the last level straight away because the trophy guide says this "It is recommended that you finish chapter 27 (Fall From Grace) first as it unlocks Invincibility. You can then enable it for the remaining bounties, making them significantly easier" but how do I even activate the cheats? I did the first level but I'm not sure how even to activate them

After unlocking any cheat there should be a “cheats” option in the pause menu, you can find them there. They’ll stay on too until you change the option.
