This^ You have 72 hidden trophies on your profile so check the hidden games tab and see if it's in there, otherwise I recommend checking out the thread I linked to earlier. If a player has hidden trophies it will show a blue "H" icon underneath the number of games played on their PSNP profile. Mouse over that icon to see how many hidden trophies they have: If they've hidden any games, their stats and trophy totals will be adjusted here on PSNP. But their PS profile (the one you see while viewing a player's profile from your console or on the PS app) will still show their total number of trophies, including trophies from hidden games, even though you can't see the hidden games on their trophy list.
