Platinum Trophy information

Here is some basic information I pulled together getting the platinum trophy. Please feel free to use this to help make an official trophy guide as I don’t have the time to do so.

Fully Charged:

There are 3 different types of levels. Each has there own strategy for gold.
Timed: Just run through the level as fast a possible. Most levels will take a few tries to get down, but a few towards the end are a bit tougher.
Lives: Collect as much energy in the levels as possible while making sure not to die. Usually don’t need to worry about the bonus time, but a few levels will require fast runs grabbing as much energy as possible as well.
Energy Canisters: These are the easiest types of levels. Your main goal in these levels are to collect all the energy canisters in the level. You will also want to collect as much regular energy as well, but you don’t have to worry about dying in these levels as it will not impact your score. Similar to the lives levels there. Are some harder ones where you will need to get the canisters as fast as possible to get some points from bonus time as well.
 

Cloakroom:

There are 3 unlockable outfits. They are located in the following levels.
1.6
2.5
3.2

 

Wardrobe:

There are 3 unlockable outfits. They are located in the following levels.
1.8
2.11
4.3 (Reward is at a higher level than gold)

 

Showroom:

Quite a few rides to unlock. They are in the following levels.
1.4 Flamingo
1.19 Spy Speeder
2.3 Surfboard
2.7 Raptor
2.16 Spy Scooter
3.4 Penguin
3.7 Unicorn
3.8 Toucan
3.16 Spy Boat
4.7 Oborca
4.16 Crocodile

4.22 Spy Waterbike
5.1 Jetski (No results screen for this level)

 

Portalist:

Each non-timed and non-boss level has a portal that requires a specific characher, outfit, and/or ride. Below are the requirements and levels

I’ve got the key:

Each level has 5 keycards. They are usually not to difficult to find. One thing to note, for timed levels, if you run out of time or after grabbing a keycard, but before hitting the next checkpoint, you will lose it and it will disappear from the level until it is restarted. Make sure to have the most recent patch installed or some levels will be missing keycards.

 

Energized:

Should get this trophy while grinding for golds. Also requires the most recent patch to work. Unfortunately if you had played prior to the patch, you may need to start a new game to get this one.

There's really no need, what TarthOryon has put here is enough, the rest is straightforward: beat every level, get all gold medals, beat all bosses without wiping, fly around the overworld for a bit, play a level with 2 players.

Thank you for this. Most was obvious after playing a level but knowing what portals needed what before entering each level saved a lot of time. That and having a list to check off as I went made everything easier to keep track of when I needed to come back to a level later
