DLC NEEDED?

if I don't buy the dlcs, and my friend has the guns and lets me go, can I get the trophies?

Nope, you must own the DLCs and have them installed in order for those trophies to unlock.

As in order for the shortcut to work, you must have them installed for the in game trophy tracker to actually function. Like when you meet the requirements without dlc no trophy will pop as the game won’t recognize it. However when done with dlc installed even if you took the shortcut, having someone to drop you weapon dlcs trophy will pop.

You must have the DLC in order to unlock the trophies tied to the DLC weapons.
