I have the official ps5 headset but my toddler seems to have lost the usb. Do you know where I can get another from? I am in the UK if that helps? Unfortunately Sony doesn't seem to officially offer replacements (which kind of blows my mind but at the same time doesn't surprise me one bit lol). You could probably get a replacement from eBay or similar sites though Then once you have a replacement, you have to do the following to sync it to the headset according to this post: "Press reset button on dongle with a pin, turn OFF headset, hold down chat and volume+ button while switching headset on and keep them held down until the special beep."
