Can Someone Help me Please - Fifa 18/19 Catalog Item

On PS3 I cant gift an Item to a friend for the Trophy. I have the Problem with Fifa 18 and Fifa 19 on PS3 but on Fifa 17 for PS3 it workes fine. It always tells me that i have to try again later. Has someone a Solution? With my Alt account it worked for both but not for my Main account.

Gift items of higher rank; for example; if you´re on level 25, gift items of level 25 or 24

Nevermind - just stay persistent and restart the game - for me it eventually worked.
