Cleanville stuck on 98%

I've went over it all even with the scanner there's nothing in sight, all tasks are done, 5 stars but sticks on 98%

Same thing happened to me. Turns out I forgot to renovate the toilet outside the utility room. I cleaned it up and closed the door, forgot to put new things in, sink, toilet bowl, etc.

 

Other easy to miss things are the wheels on the train, you need to fix those with your wrench. And some small pieces of concrete that you need to throw in the trash, but they look identical to some rocks that you can't pick up. Use your scanner for those.

i was having the same problem then found out you have to put a sink and soup dispenser/hand dryer inside the toilet even though when you first star the sink and thing are outside the bathroom
