What is OR region?

OR stands for Original Release, and is usually used when a game gets delisted from the PSN store, and is then re-released but the new version has a different trophy list. Generally, if you didn't buy the version tagged with OR before it was delisted, then you won't be able to get it unless there is a physical version available.

In this case, the original version of Invector was delisted and then re-released as AVICII Invector with a new trophy list. There is no way to buy the original version of Invector now.

Not even via physical media?

The game was called "Invector" at the time, to not confuse people they released it again with the Avicii name on it. If you buy a physical copy from before the "encore edition" came out you should be able to play the old version.

Nope, all physical releases for this game are the 'new' version. The version tagged on this site as original release was a digital-only release.
