I was a bit confused as in how to start getting the fragments but it's as simple as entering the Collage Mode and putting the correct locations and filters. I'm early in the game (just got to Tuesday) but wondering if it's possible to just knock these out real quick. Edit: I finally had a chance to look for myself. I was able to access it right away, but it did give a warning of potential spoilers. Based upon what I saw it was mainly location spoilers.
