Realtione Posted March 28, 2023 Share Posted March 28, 2023 Go see powerpyx guide for more, however I am quoting him in bits: Professional (fresh new game) is the hardest mode in the game and harder than og re4 as well as pretty much all the other RE2-3 modes and arguably Village. Mostly due to: Longer to speedrun More know-how is required due to aggressive enemies and parrying -which requires perfect parry only in professional- (anybody who platinumed Dead Space/Evil Within probably would have a lot easier time but our comparison focus is here on the other RE games so...) You can't use special weapons on a fresh new game on professional as well. Also for the other modes you need to unlock special weps one by one, they are not paid dlcs (yet). All these combined it's probably the hardest amongst not only the remakes but any RE Engine games. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Both the mercenaries mode, as well as the micro transaction, has made the platinum easier to obtain.
