Despite what the box says, there is an upgrade available, yet you can't download anything from the store. It's not an upgrade if I have to buy the full game again just to have access to the ps5 version. Wish I knew this before getting the ps4 disc, even though it was cheaper than a ps5 copy. If yes, it won't work like that, because the store won't know that you have the disc inserted or not. You need to acces it from the game's dashboard by pressing the '...' button and select 'View product'. This should bring you to the screen where you can claim the free PS5 upgrade. If this doesn't work maybe there's a problem or some conflict with the game/upgrade or maybe it was a timed free upgrade only? I don't know. If it's not a timed free upgrade and the above method doesn't work for you maybe you should try to contact the support/devs and hope they can help. The same thing was a problem with some regional versions of Stray as well, which was solved after the devs were contacted about it. EDIT: I also found out that others had this problem as well. The game has been out for a while and still hasn't been fixed, so I can't imagine a sudden fix when it shouldve been working since day 1, even after further contacting support.
