Stuck at 99.47%?!

Its as the title says, and its a bit late at night currently for me to get into the full details, but to get to the point. I followed an entire guide video to getting full completion and nothing. Yes, Ive done the side missions including the Casino Heist, and ive done everything else required for the 100% Completion, and yet..nothing. Is the game still buggy, or is there some solution im not seein? 0_0

Do you have all girlfriends at 100% progress? That may be the missing piece. I hope you fix it!

EDIT: Sorry, apparently in the Definitive Edition the achievments are different! In the normal version it was the progress with girlfriends that was needed.
