Is it possible to change R-stick controls?

I'd really like to not invert horizontal but leave vertical inverted as are the current FF XIII controls on PS3, but is there a way to alter the default?

NVM got it, this can really be closed. I'm an idiot and just hadn't even gone into the menu.

Can someone explain to me how he put NVM got it without it signifying that he Edited it?
