Does anyone have a decent way to do this level because holy shit it's rage inducing and stressful. Got to big fire and it seems impossible.

I keep trying amd every single time it feels 100% impossible... there's just no way...

 

There's probably like 1 exact set path that works 

 

Whenever I get to the end there's not even enough stuff to pick up to get big enough to get the big fire it feels like

Are you aware that once you are big enough you can roll over that log bridge and roll it up? Of course that means you can only go over it once as you destroy it in the process.

Camp is at 10:48.  Not sure if this 100% translates since it's from Katamari Forever, but it is recent and has at least some kind of a route.  The most important thing I learned is to leave a few items in each section, so if you get lost you have a few things left on the ground until you get to somewhere you haven't been.  I think you only need to be about 3m to light the fire, it might be slightly larger but you can roll the fences around it once you get up there.

 

If you don't mind waiting a few days until my copy comes, I'll post another video once I see the differences.  As you can probably tell from my screen name I'm a big fan of the series, so any excuse to play is fine by me

So it definitely does not translate, there are 3 different sizes in the original game and the route above only works for the Middle size.  Try this one instead, all 3 levels start at 6:45:

 

 

Minimum sizes to finish each level are 1.5m, 3m and 6m.
