There is a club called Xcess where many NPCs with game related professtions spawn. I found game designers there every time i visited the place. The club is in the North Eastern part of the district. I have been running around for like 2 or 3 hours and nothing... This game is such a garbage and trophies like that make it even more disaster. No wonder this is the worst game in the series.
