Question on Perfectionist difficulty

I have one question on the game's highest difficulty. Can I replay the campaign missions with Perfectionist difficulty without deleting my save data?

You can replay any mission you like on the same save, eg. choosing higher difficulty or do specific trophies etc. If you have problems mastering a playstyle in certain level, you can lower the difficulty as well. You don't need to master playstyles on the Perfectionist difficulty. Good luck.
