Plat should still be possible as all trophies can be done offline. Spec ops is optional multiplayer that makes some things slightly easier, but can be done solo (or local if you prefer) from memory.

Well there are 2 spec ops missions that require 2 players (either locally (offline with 2 controllers split screen) or online), you might want to find someone for those as it proved quite frustrating for me doing them solo with 2 controllers.

Every COD from the original to Black Ops 4 uses peer to peer, not servers, so there is no risk of the platinum being unachievable unless it's a trophy requiring a specific thing liek BO2's League Play which was removed.

Get yourself a good spec ops partner, doing it solo with two controllers is hard, it’ll make most missions easier

Yes, you can do everything offline, and clear all Spec Ops mission solo as long as you have a second controller for Overwatch and Big Brother.
