First, if I delete this psn profile account, does it also delete the main psn account (playstation)? Second, if it doesn't delete the main account, can I create the same psn profile account later? If you ever want to add it again to that console or a different console youll just add it again and sign into psn. Deleting 1 account will not affect any other accounts.
