What's new to do in the Director's Cut for the platinum?

I got the plat years ago on PS4, now I have a PS5 and PS+ Extra, how do I import my old saves in the game? I can't find any button on the PS4 version, and also: what are the things added that are required for the platinum? Thanks

1: A ton of stuff, including a race track.

2: Provided you have the latest patch installed, there's an option in one of the menus in the PS4 version to upload your saves to the in-game cross-save cloud, whereby you can then load up the PS5 version and use the same menu there to download them to your hard drive but do note that there are at least 4 trophies that require you to complete all the new content, before they will pop: https://www.thegamer.com/death-stranding-directors-cut-transfer-save-ps4-to-ps5/

Thanks! And is there a guide somewhere saying what are the extra tasks to do to get the remaining trophies?
