You can find the profile deletion option somewhere in the Account Settings menu but backup all your saves and screenshots beforehand, else you will lose them. This will also wipe your install keys for games, which for delisted games is a nightmare to fix since you have to dig through your download list and it seems PSN renews a license and kicks it up the list and changes the date on it so you can’t even go by rough purchasing time a lot of the time. it’s not fun but this is exactly what happened to me.
