Everything is acquired here in 1 playthrough, though it is highly advised to follow the route on Nightmare first to familiarise yourself with the strategies. Hopefully there are some strategies you have seen before that are much more consistent than others you've seen, though the game does rely on RNG at times and awkward movement / collision, so jump in at your own risk START Insane difficulty. When going for the Messiah trophy, be very careful with your night-vision on the camera, just flick it on/off when you need it. On Insane you start with a full battery and when you loose then find you camera again just past the halfway point of the story, it will always be given back to you with 70% battery no matter what. It's hard to predict when you will trigger the trophy below, just make sure your microphone is always on when your camera is out and it should pop naturally at some point. TROPHY - Them That Hath Ears - Use the microphone for 20 minutes GENESIS – THE NIGHTMARE – Helicopter cutscene. Follow the passage to the end of the corridor until the exit shuts, then turn around for a brief scene. – THE CRASH – #01 Recording - The Jane Doe Story part 1 - Story related. #02 Recording - The Jane Doe Story part 2 - Story related. Lift off the helicopter door and go left down the cliff, but rather than jumping the 1st gap, drop down to the ledge below to damage yourself. Heal yourself with 1 x Bandage. Shimmy across the next gap, press circle to drop to the ledge below and then jump the final gap. #03 Recording - The Wreckage - Carry on to find this burning. Bandage x 1 - Behind the wreckage in a square tin. Damage yourself on the burning wreckage and then heal with 1 x Bandage. #04 Recording - The Crucified Pilot - Further down from the wreckage. #05 Recording - The Impossible Town - Once in the big clearing, you will see this in the distance. Film this before jumping over the fence. #06 Document - My Dear Sweet Ellie - Enter the first shack on the right, then go into the room on the right to find this on a round table. #07 Document - Dear Father - Carry on along the path and this is in the house on the left where you see the guy run away. On a table inside. #08 Recording - Remembering the Lost - Carry on and record the shrine on the fence to the left of the house you must enter to progress. You will need to turn night vision on and off to record it. #09 Document - Midwife's Lament - After crouching through the gap in the fence, this is in front of you when you first enter the outhouse. Recording - Dead Children - Film the pile of dead bodies in the outhouse (only present on PC). Encounter 1. After crawling beneath the gate, run forward to trigger the enemy, then run back and crawl beneath the previous gate again to despawn it. Bandage x 1 - In the next house on the left, enter via the window. It's on a set of drawers in the left corner. #10 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 8 - After using the cart to climb onto the upper ledge in the barn, this is on the floor directly in front of you. Encounter 2. In the encounter after leaving the barn, have your camera out with the mic on, then enter the next house via the window. Then quickly exit via the door, sprint behind the large house and along the far path to trigger the bright light to disable the enemies. When sprinting, keep left a little as you approach the right side of the large house to avoid an enemy on the right. Then behind the large house, keep right to avoid an enemy on the left. #11 Document - Visions Come - You will find this just before the next opening in the valley, on the floor to the left. – THE COMPOUND – #12 Recording - The Compound - Film the chapel up ahead as you approach it. Go through the hole in the fence on the left and enter the chapel. Then enter the 1st room on the right. #13 Document - New Gospels, Part 1 - In the 1st room of the chapel, on a stand to the right. Prison Key x 1 - Go downstairs into the basement and this is on the wall to the left of the cell. #14 Document - Drop down the hole inside the 1st cell to find this. Unlock the cell door after the crawlspace using the prison key. #15 Document - New Gospels, Part 2 - Go upstairs after climbing the ladder and this is on a table. Jump out the window at the end of the corridor, then follow Lynn for a cutscene. TROPHY - What God has joined - Find Lynn. Encounter 3. Once the first enemy between the 2 houses on the right starts walking left across the bridge, go past him on the right and then quickly enter the 3rd right house to trigger the bright light. – SAINT SYBIL SCHOOL – Enter the door in the right corner. #16 Recording - Jessica's Suicide Note - Film the chalkboard at the back of the illuminated classroom. Pick up the photo on the teacher's desk, then enter the door that has appeared on the back wall. Go right in the corridor, then head forward and leave the school. Now exit the school grounds via the small gate that opens beside the main gate. – THE FIELDS – Follow Ethan into his house. Bandage x 1 - Open the trapdoor and enter the basement. This will be on the shelf on the left just before the bed. Now use the bed in the corner to sleep. #17 Recording - Interrogation - Film Ethan's body. #18 Document - Ethan's Letter - On the bedside table in the left corner nearest the front door. #19 Recording - Crucified Heretics - Carry on along the river and film the burning corpses on the right straight after the bridge. #20 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 5 - In the shack on the left near the burning corpses. #21 Recording - Marta - Run through the cornfield and to the gate at the end, then film Marta dragging the body behind the gate. Encounter 3. Crouch beneath the gap in the fence, then go left and follow the outer fence clockwise, sprint only when amongst the corn. Once you reach the pallets stacked beside the gate, use them to jump over. This path should make it so the enemies have patrolled away from the pallets. Just be ready to move around anybody that may appear in your path. #22 Document - Letter from a Husband - Once over the fence, this is on the right side of the house, beneath the door. Encounter 4. This triggers when you enter and approach the middle of the barn. Quickly go right and crouch beneath the trailer of hay bales and wait there until both enemies go outside. The moment the enemy leaves through the entrance you entered from, the other should have exited the barn via the house or the rear window. #23 Document - Val's Journal pt. 1 - After pushing the cart in the barn and climbing the ladder, this can be found on a table just after the shimmy. HERETIC CAVE #24 Document - Temple Gate Anima Cristi - After leaving the barn, this can be found down the hill beside a Goddess statue. #25 Recording - Dead Birds - After the next bright light, film the birds on the floor in front of you. #26 Recording - Cavern Temple - After reaching the main chamber in the cave, film the large winged monster sculpture ahead. TEMPLE GATE TOWN SQUARE #27 Recording - New Temple Gate - After the cave, film the settlement ahead. #28 Document - Val's Journal pt. 3 - After carefully traversing down the cliff and reaching the stream, enter the nearby passage and you will find this on the table in the first room you reach. #29 Document - Letter from Val to Knoth - Open the door near the previous document, then continue upstairs and you will find this on a corner table in the top room. Push the shelf to the left and then climb out the middle window. #30 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 6 - Once you leave the house with the previous document, continue down the slope, go between the 2 houses ahead and enter the basement window behind the occupied house. Enter the 2nd room in the basement and you will find this on a table. Careful you don't mistakenly enter the barrel on the right when you open the basement door. (Get this later once Marta spawns) #31 Document - Val's Journal pt. 5 - Enter the basement of the 4th house on the right via the basement window left of the front door. Once in the basement, move the shelf at the back to find a hidden room containing this on a table. Encounter 5. After leaving the previous basement (#31), turn right and head all the way to the top of the hill, keeping right and once you reach a dead end, wait behind the nearby barrel for the enemy to walk past and down the slope you just came up. Then head upstairs in this barn to reach the power room, grab the document below though before you activate the power. #32 Document - Sundries from the Sinful World - On a workbench outside the power room. Encounter 6. After starting the generator with 3 pulls, wait for the enemy to walk away that appears at the door, otherwise she will kill you. Walk up to the railing ahead, jump over it and then heal once you land. Make your way back down the hill and once Marta spawns, enter the basement of the house you just passed on the left to deaggro her. This same basement contains Document #31. Exit the basement afterwards, wait for Marta to go around the side of a building, then sprint past and use the elevator where you dropped down from the first house. #33 Recording - Temple Gate - After leaving the lift, film the wooden sign ahead. #34 Document - Garden Note - Go left to find this in the grass beside a corpse and a tree. Now head over to the well to get dragged in. JESSICA'S DEATH (school) Crawl through the vent until you drop into the classroom, then go through the left door. Turn left and head down the corridor until the locker opens on the right. Then take the music box and use it. Now go through the door near the locker, you may have to backtrack a little, then return to cause Jessica to appear and unlock the door. Head through the next door, then follow Jessica through the classroom to reach another corridor. #35 Recording - Hanged Jessica - Film the hanging body of Jessica in the corridor before moving forward. Now enter the door beside the hanging body. THE CHAPEL Encounter 7. Head forward behind the stairs, exit the room and enter the house opposite. Jump over the trolley, go right and pass through the door ahead. Follow the path around to the right in the next room and drop down through the hole in the floor. Once in the crawlspace, keep crawling until you exit back out into the open, then enter the house opposite and squeeze through the wooden beams blocking the doorway inside. Now sprint to the far side of the room and crawl beneath the bed beside the far door. Once the enemy walks away pass the far wall, go through the door, downstairs and hide beneath the bed until the next enemy comes through the nearby door. Go through afterwards, close the door behind you and lock the upper latch as well. Move the shelf in the corner and follow the tunnels. #36 Recording - The Show Room - Film the room after the tunnels. #37 Document - Accept My Suicide - This is on the stand beside the pit that you must shimmy past. Encounter 8. Continue to the top of the house and exit onto the roof. Jump down to the bottom, go left and then left at the far corner as well and you will eventually reach a crawlspace to crawl through. Once outside the crawlspace, jump into the shed opposite and stomp the floor inside to reveal another crawlspace, then begin crawling through it. Once you leave this crawlspace, go right and enter the basement window you reach in the corner. #38 Document - Gospel Duty - Once you drop into the 1st room, exit via the door, then enter the next door on the right and you will find this on the far shelf. #39 Recording - Why You Have to Die - Head upstairs into the chapel and film the chalkboard. #40 Document - Lesson Plan - Enter the door to the left of the chalkboard, go upstairs and you will see this on a desk in the left corner. #41 Document - A Letter to Mom - Once in the chapel garden, you can find this on a kids pram beside a tree in the left corner. #42 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 10 - Push the cart and jump over the fence, then head into the far right workshop to find this on the workbench. Bandage x 1 - Leave the workshop, follow the path right and enter the illuminated room on the left. You can find this inside in a case on the left shelf. #43 Document - Temple Gate Act of Contrition - Take the rear path from this room onto the porch, and follow it to a corner beside a cross where you will find this on a stand. Encounter 9. Go to the cart along the main path beneath the light and take note of the gap in the fence beside it. Start pushing the cart and as soon as you hear Marta start speaking, let go, turn around and run and slide through the gap in the fence. Then immediately turn left and run to the left corner which is near to where you were pushing the cart. Once in this left corner, crouch and begin making your way to the hole in the fence and pass back through. Now quickly run to the cart, push it to the end and use it to climb over the gate and escape Marta. Doing it this way seems to avoid her cutting through the fence and gives you time to push the cart all in 1 movement from when she appears. It's as if she can't cut through the fences until she has spotted you for the 1st time, but because you go through the fence as soon as she spawns, she doesn't actually see you and is investigating noises. Maybe also has something to do with you sprinting straight to somewhere she cuts through while she hasn't seen you, but can hear your movements, not sure, but does the trick anyway! #44 Document - Val's Journal pt. 4 - After escaping the Marta encounter, head up the hill and enter the 1st house on the right. Enter the room on the left and push the shelf towards the door to reveal a hidden room. This will be inside on the floor. #45 Recording - The Chapel - Exit the house and follow the path up the hill to see the chapel in the distance and film it. #46 Document - Rest These Bone - Take the left path before the steps leading to the chapel. Go forward through the gate, past the statue and you will find this on a stand in the corner below a light. #47 Document - Letter from Nick to Knoth - This is in the 1st room of the chapel, on the table directly in front of you. Approach the tied up man, then hide in the confession booth nearest the altar once he begins talking and a scene will unravel. #48 Recording - Torture - Film the woman on the torture table once the enemies have left after the scene. THE ROAD TO THE MINE #49 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 2 - Leave the chapel via the entrance, go down the steps and head straight on. Enter the house on the left you soon reach by pushing the large door open. Take the rear exit, go up the steps outside and climb up onto the upper ledge. Go through the hole in the fence near the next house, then enter the house to find a woman holding a baby in the backroom. Enter the next room on the right to find this on a table. Now climb out the nearby window and you should hear some enemies sprint through the large gate and into the cornfield on the left. #50 Document - Val's Journal pt. 2 - Once the enemies have passed, enter the house behind the statue where you can see a light. This document is on a round table inside. Encounter 10. Go to the enemy sitting down beside the campfire. Not too close otherwise he will kill you, just close enough for him to stand up and call his buddies. Now go left around him and hide in the corn behind him. Once his 3 buddies come to him via the middle of the cornfield, sprint to the far side. Once out at the far side, quickly enter the door ahead below the light, close it behind you and bolt the latch. These enemies will follow you throughout the next area until sliding down the hill which is after deactivating the water wheel so don't stand around. #51 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 1 - After sliding down the hill and escaping the enemies, go right to find an illuminated barn. Head inside and enter the room on the left via the hole in the door and you will find this on a table. Encounter 11. Marta will spawn as you try to move left past the barn. To play it safe, hide in the tall grass on the left once she spawns, then take the path she came from after she passes and squeeze through the fence at the end. #52 Recording - The Abattoir - After squeezing through the fence, go left and follow the path to reach the slaughterhouse. Head inside via the open double doors and film the hanging bodies inside. #53 Document - To Marta, My Avenging Angel - Once you reach the chain in the slaughterhouse, don't pull it. Instead, climb into the window behind it and grab this from the bench in the right corner. Encounter 12. After getting the hook and making your way back to the barn where you found Document #51, Marta will burst in from the room on the left. Quickly sprint past, enter the next barn and attach the hook to the small shutter ahead. Now quickly pull the nearby chain to raise the shutter and slide into the crawlspace to escape her. TROPHY - Babylon - See the distant mines where Lynn is captive. #54 Document - Outside Marta's Chapel - As you head up the path outside the mine, you will find this on a stand before the stairs. INNER DEMON (school) #55 Recording - A Game of Hangman - Film the hangman drawing in front of you once you drop into the classroom. Now go left and enter the 2nd classroom on the left, then grab the stickman picture on the bloody table. Now go back into the corridor, turn right and take the path straight ahead past the hangman wall drawing. Enter the first slightly open single door on the right to find yourself in a classroom with a projector. Place the stickman drawing (transparency) drawing on the projector itself, then move the cart left followed by forward so that the stickman drawing is projected onto the white board. Now go back to where you first fell in and you will find a double door has replaced the drawing on the wall. Run down the corridor to the exit sign and back, then wait near the empty wall between the entrance door and the lockers. After about a minute once the small scene has played out, a door will appear on the wall revealing a small office. Now enter the room, move the trolley inside and use it to climb up into the vent. JOB THE SCALLED #56 Recording - Road to the Old Mine - Film the scenery ahead before the shimmy at the bottom of the hill. #57 Document - Scalled Bound - After the shimmy, go right into an alcove to find this on the floor. #58 Recording - The Locusts - As you make your way across the broken rail bridge, film the locusts ahead once they start to appear. Encounter 13. During this whole area there will be numerous enemies, but they will not attack as long as you do not walk within hugging range. #59 Document - Welcome to Plague - After falling from the rail bridge and you resume control, follow the river forward and you will eventually see this on the left side of the river, beside a corpse. #60 Recording - Sickness Here, God Bless - Film the gate at the far end of the river. #61 Document - Our Quarantine - Drop down near the gate mentioned in the previous collectible and follow the path to shortly find this on the floor in front. #62 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 4 - Once you reach the next enemies that won't attack as long as you don't walk too close, enter the cave on the right after the 1st house and you will see this on the floor at the end. Bandage x 1 - This may be beside the previous document. #63 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 9 - You will find this in the 2nd house on the left. Gain access by crawling beneath the rear wall of the house. #64 Document - The Hegeman - You will find this in the 3rd house you pass. #65 Recording - The Symbiote - After passing the 4th house, you will shortly see a wire fence on the right with a person being chased behind it. Film the scene to unlock this. Encounter 14. After getting knocked down the cliff and landing near the campfire, the crossbow enemy along with others will appear once you move forward a little more. There isn't really any clean way to do this, so make sure your health is full, then lure the crossbow enemy away from the clearing and around a tent. Then sprint forward following the left wall while avoiding enemies and eventually you will reach a wooden structure that you will need to squeeze between. St. SYBIL ADMINISTRATION Head forward after Jessica, follow her to the right, then left and into the office on the right. Then interact with the computer. Now leave the office, turn left, then left again and take the door at the end on the right to reach a dark corridor. #66 Recording - A Sickness in St. Sybil - After entering the dark corridor where the lights flicker, quickly take out your camera and film Jessica ahead for this. Follow Jessica into the corridor, follow it to the right and then enter the 1st open classroom on the right. Grab the hangman drawing on the far table, then go back into the corridor and turn right. Head to the end, turn left and approach the barricaded door and a roof tile will fall down. Climb up into the roof space and crawl forward for a cutscene. GOLGOTHA TROPHY - Hang in there, Baby - Escape the crucifixion. Encounter 15. After the crucifixion, you will need to enter the camp and get a bandage, then climb up the cliff to the far right. While doing so, stay out of sight of any enemies and don't get too close to any patrolling enemies. Also be careful you don't walk too close to sleeping enemies otherwise they will wake up. The very first sleeping enemy near the campfire you will want to crouch past. Bandage x 1 - After the crucifixion, take the left path to find a campfire. Wait for the patrolling enemy to walk past, then enter the shelter straight opposite to find this. Be careful you don't walk too close to the enemy sleeping beside the campfire. From the bandage shelter, go left to find a woman sitting on a log. Crawl through the log and then climb the ledges at the back that it leads to and follow the path. Encounter 16. After climbing up the cliff and dropping back down again, you will reach an enemy patrolling with a torch on the left. Just wait for 30 seconds or so for him to walk over to the left cave and he will not move from that spot. Bandage x 1 - Enter the house behind where the enemy was initially and this is inside the case at the back. Leave the house and go left, then climb the bloody ledge on the right of the campfire you reach. Drop down the other side and follow the path to eventually find a lake and drop into it. Encounter 17. While in the water, an enemy will appear ahead. When this happens, crouch underwater and remain there until the light moves away to the left. Bandage x 1 - Once the enemy walks to the left, head forward out the water and enter the house on the right. You will find this on a shelf to the left once inside. Before picking up the camcorder, go outside and use Bandages x 2 by damaging yourself on the campfire. The camcorder will have 70% battery remaining when picking it up. A CALL FOR HELP Encounter 18. Take the right exit out of the classroom, then take a left in the corridor and enter the next corridor on the right. Now move to the dark corridor at the end on the right where you recorded Jessica earlier for recording #66, then turn around to face the way you came and start walking backwards. As soon as you hear the doors open/slam, quickly run forward the way you came, go left at the end and once back in the main corridor, go right and enter the 1st office on your left. Sprinting this way quickly should despawn the enemy, but if you take too long, it may catch up and kill you. #67 Recording - Ruptures - Now take out your camera and film this office. Encounter 19. Go into the room the creature came from and answer the telephone. Go back into the long corridor and the creature will spawn and start chasing you. Sprint left in the long corridor with the lockers and enter the locker that you see Jessica run into to escape the creature. THE LAST SUPPER #68 Document - Paradise Soon - On the table in the 1st room. TROPHY - Bible Study - Collect 40 documents. Bandage x 1 - This is in the next room in the left corner, stick to the left wall until the 2nd arrow lands near the bandage otherwise you may run into it. Encounter 20. Leave the house via the window beside the bandage, then head around the woods anticlockwise staying close to the outer wall/fence. Pass the 1st house you come across and then enter the 3rd house you come to that blocks your path via the rear window. Lock the latch on the far door and wait near the far window. The reason you left the door (left) near the entry window unbolted is so the symbiote uses that door. Wait for the symbiote to spot you and enter the house, then jump out the far window and carry on right to find a shimmy ledge. Be careful of any barbed wire between the trees that you may have to slide beneath. Use the shimmy ledge and move to the left for a moment to regain your composure. Encounter 21. You will need to move across the tree acting as a bridge and then navigate along the path while avoiding the enemy in the distance. Use the rocks as cover from the arrows. You will pass a feasting enemy along the way, keep your distance and he won't attack. Bandage x 1 - This will be along the main path beside a corpse, just before a branch you must crouch beneath. Encounter 22. After the brief cutscene where the small enemy is attacking you, sprint down the hill once you get control to escape it and trigger another cutscene. #69 Document - Memo to a Corpse - Once you gain control after escaping the coffin, turn right a quarter turn and walk forward 10 steps to find this on the floor. #70 Recording - The Trap - Now turn around and walk back to the coffin, but keep walking in the same direction to reach the barbed wire trap and film it. Encounter 23. From the barbed wire trap, follow the left wall clockwise until you reach a fence and slide below it to escape the monkey type enemies you may see roaming the woods. Move left or right around the enemies to avoid them, though if any do attack you, follow the QTE to shake it off, then quickly continue and slide beneath the fence. #71 Document - Gospel of the Scalled Christ - This will shortly be on a bench on the left after sliding beneath the fence. Step onto the nearby campfire to damage yourself, then move away and heal yourself until you acquire the trophy below. If it doesn't pop, don't worry as we will be collecting more bandages. TROPHY - Heal the Sick - Use 10 bandages. #72 Recording - The Hanged Man - Carry on forward and film the hanging man in the distance. TROPHY - The Road to Damascus - Complete 30 recordings. Now climb the ledge on the left, follow the path around and jump into the cabin via the window. Make sure you are aligned with the middle of the window before jumping otherwise you likely won't make it. #73 Document - I Took your Rope - This is on the chair in the room you must jump into. Encounter 24. As long as you're quick, you can pretty much run from objective to objective in this part to avoid the enemies, though there is some RNG at play here. To begin, leave the room by jumping through the window above the door and quickly run straight to the log where the rope is tied and release it. If you're not quick here, enemies will likely see and chase you. Now go down the hill, take a left and take the rope from the fallen body. While staying away from enemies, sprint back into the window of the nearest house which will cause the crossbow enemy to start walking away. Now quickly go out the door and run towards the crossbow enemy to get its attention. Then go left around this 2nd house and zigzag sprint all the way to the house with the previous document, climb inside and you should trigger a brief cutscene where you use the rope and climb down. There is a log you can climb into just past the 2nd house if you need it. TROPHY - Be Thou Clean - Escape from the Scalled. #74 Recording - Till Death do us Part - Once you gain control back after the fall, film the bodies on the right. THE SCHOOL ROOF Encounter 25. After making your way anticlockwise around the school roof and heading inside, carry on to enter a stairwell. In the stairwell, descend until you spot the creature below, then go back up a few flights to the railing and jump over it after a few seconds to land behind the creature. Then sprint to the bottom, do a u-turn and exit via the door behind the stairs to reach the playground. Encounter 26. Once in the playground, open the trapdoor near the far corner and climb down. Open the door inside and turn left, sprint through this underground passage and climb out the ladder on the right at the far end before the creature catches up to you. Bandage x 1 - After climbing out of the passage, this is on the shelf against the back wall. #75 Recording - Roots and Branches - Enter the canteen and pick up the hangman drawing on the middle table, then film the tree drawing on the back wall. LAMENTATIONS THE LAKE #76 Recording - Beach Heads - After the dark room scene with Jessica, sprint down the mountain to the lake and film the man that walks into the water. #77 Document - Come with These Men - After the recording above, turn left to see a cabin. Crawl beneath this cabin and enter it via the hole in the floor. You will find this on a chair inside. You can then unbolt the door from inside to exit. #78 Document - Old Traveler - Keep to the left cliff wall and move through the lake. You will shortly come across a small boat wreckage near a small patch of land. This document will be in a sleeping bag in front of the small boat. #79 Recording - Distant Towers - Head back to where you filmed the man entering the lake and enter the house on the other side. Exit the house via the rear window, go up the slope and then climb the outer stairs on the left. Once you reach the walkway overhanging above the lake, film the towers in the far distance. #80 Document - The Enemy Waits - From the recording, carry on to the top of the cliff, then go down the next slope and jump across the gap. Carry on down the hill to reach the 1st house, this will be inside on a table. #81 Recording - Help - Leave the house, go right and after a few steps, you should see some letters spelled out on the beach that you can film. #82 Documents - Towers of Metal - From the beach, turn right towards the cliff wall inland, head over to it up the brief slope, then head right along the wall to find a crawlspace. Crouch through here and at the end you will find this document. You will now need to board the small raft beside the dock in the lake. #83 Recording - Dead Fish - Sail towards the tower and once the tentacle knocks the raft, get ready to film the dead fish that rise to the surface. Encounter 27. After getting knocked off the raft, quickly swim back to it. Then once the creature tries to pull you back into the water, swim back up to the raft and tap the button to board it. You can die here if you're not quick enough. Encounter 28. Once the raft gets stuck on the rock along the river, tap the button to dislodge it before the enemies reach you. #84 Recording - Floaters - Carry on along the river until the enemies on the cliff above throw a burning body into the water. Then film the bodies floating in the water ahead. #85 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 3 - Once the raft breaks and you swim to the land, this will be on the floor to the left about 5 steps. #86 Recording - Warning - Shortly after the shimmy, film the ritual site around the campfire you reach. If you still don't have the trophy for healing yourself 10 times, you can use the campfire here to damage yourself so you can heal. Now knock the tree down to the left of the campfire to create a bridge and head across. Bandage x 1 - After crossing the fallen tree, this may be on the floor to the right. Now quickly sprint down the hill and board the raft at the bottom before the enemies climb down and reach you. Encounter 29. Once this 2nd raft breaks after sailing along the river, keep swimming towards the building ahead to avoid the enemies chasing you. RAINING BLOOD Encounter 30. Straight after the previous encounter, a tentacle will grab you and you will warp to the school swimming pool. Instantly turn around and swim to the far end and climb out to escape the creature chasing you. #87 Recording - They're All Going to Laugh at You - Head anticlockwise around the swimming pool and enter the ladies toilets on the left. Then film the bloody shower inside. Now open the cubicle on the left and blood will spill out. Then turn around and exit the toilet to see Jessica run into the mens toilets. Follow her through the men's toilets and up into the school corridor. Encounter 31. In the corridor, the creature will be approaching you from the left, so turn right and run to the end to reach a double door. Interact with the double door to cause the creature to warp ahead and for the door to eventually close and despawn him. Now head the opposite direction and once the blood starts spraying down, try to slide on it for the trophy below. Once you have the trophy, keep following the path and climb the ladder in the side room. TROPHY - Slip and Slide - Perform a twelve-meter blood slide. JUDGES WELCOME #88 Recording - Rain of Blood - Once you get back outside, film the raining blood. Now head up the stairs to reach the minecart track, then follow it into the facility. TROPHY - Golgotha - Reach the mine facility. #89 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 13 - Once in the facility, enter the 2nd room which appears to be a narrow corridor. Go right from the door you came through to find a hard to see path and follow it to the end to find this document beside a corpse. Now follow the natural path until you encounter a brief scene with a bloodied man. After the scene, head into the right corner and follow the shimmy. COMPUTER LAB Once you spawn in, enter the door on the right and then take the door straight ahead to reach the computer room. Then interact with the active computer in the middle. Leave the computer once the messages have finished, then turn around and use the computer at the back. #90 Recording - Pulse - After using both computers, film all the computers flashing on and off. Now take the door on the right to reach the corridor and go right along the corridor. Carry on until you reach the open door on the left, then head through to see Jessica run down the stairs on the right. Encounter 32. Head down the stairs backwards so that you are facing the way you came. Once Jessica screams and the creature spawns, run forward back up the steps, enter the door on the right and continue left in the corridor until the tongue grabs you. THE ASCENSION #91 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 12 - Head into the building and follow the right wall which will eventually lead to this on a table. Encounter 33. Start going through the crawlspace in the middle and once the enemy spawns ahead, immediately crawl backwards, stand up and run around to the left and stand behind the far left door. Once the 2nd enemy bashes through the door, quickly run through behind him, go up the stairs and then enter the opening you see on the right. Now follow this linear path all the way to the end, jumping some obstacles along the way, climbing up steps and eventually some wood will fall down behind you. At this point, push the cabinet ahead and then climb out the window to warp to the school. THE LIBRARY Shimmy all the way to the right and climb into the open window where the curtain is blowing. #92 Recording - I Have Lots of Friends - Take the right door in the classroom, then head left in the corridor to the windows and film the hanging bodies ahead. Now go right, then left and take the left path at the end beside the double door. Follow this path and take the far right single door beside a double door to enter a classroom. Take the far door in the classroom and go left in the next corridor to reach a locked double door. At the locked double door, turn around and look at the far light then back again until the double door unlocks. Then go through and follow the path into the Library. Encounter 34. Once in the Library, move left a few steps, then go forward and you will see the creature spawn and then despawn ahead. Go down the aisle closest to where he spawned (not the corner as that is just some tables) and follow the path while hugging the left shelves and you will eventually reach a table with a battery on it. Remember the turn just before this table as there is a single bookshelf that you will need to bait the enemy around. Now carry on to see an illuminated massive pile of books ahead where the creature will spawn. Backtrack slightly to the single bookshelf, bait the creature around it and then run to where the creature was and climb the pile of books. Encounter 35. Once you drop off the end of the book pile, look right to see a bright light and start making your way towards it. As you get closer, turn around and walk backwards and once you will hear a scream, start running forward where you came and you will see Jessica. Follow Jessica to the left, go left behind the back of the book shelves, shimmy through the tight gap and the creature will automatically grab you. BLAKE AGAINST THE MACHINE Move the cart to the opposite wall, then use it to climb over the wall. Now follow the path down some steps, crouch beneath a boarded door, shimmy between some shelves and crouch through another small gap. #93 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 7 - After crouching beneath the 2nd small gap, go left to find this on the floor beneath some hanging bodies. Now open the next gate and go through. Encounter 36. When moving the next cart so that it's below the hole, pull it out, then grab it from the side so that once you push it into place, you can jump on it straight away and jump through the upper hole without having to turn. 3 x enemies drop in once you slide the cart into place, so this way should help you get out of danger as quickly as possible. Now follow the path up the stairs, drop down and head up some more stairs and carefully traverse across the 2 beams. Continue following the path and you will eventually end up back in the school. MURDER BEFORE SUICIDE Encounter 37. This encounter begins as soon as you gain control in the school and it is quite tricky to escape without being caught. You can't make any mistakes! Immediately turn around, turn right in the corridor and sprint along the path all the way to the far end and enter the toilet on the right. As soon as you enter the toilet, quickly close the door and then crouch beneath the cubicles. This will despawn the creature and advance the story. You only need to crouch beneath the cubicles to despawn the creature, just closing the door gives you a little more time to crawl beneath them. Now go all the way back to the stairwell where Jessica was, go up the stairs and enter the 1st door you reach. Go left in this dark corridor and follow the path all the way to the end. Then enter the classroom on the right and climb out the open window. KING OF THE HILL Shimmy left until you drop down, then follow the path and jump the small gap. Shimmy along the small ledge and then jump to the platform in front. Then jump up the wall to enter the building. Now push the gondola out the way and fall down the slope. Encounter 38. As soon as you get control back, turn around, run up the slope and go right near the top, then go left and quickly crouch beneath the gap at the end on the left. Keep trying to sprint to crawl quicker up the slope, climb the wall you reach and keep crawling upwards. Once you eventually leave the pit, you will close the trap door behind you. Bandages x 2 - These will be in a case on the stack of wooden beams near the gondola. Pull the lever in the cage near the gondola to send one flying through the mesh fence ahead. Encounter 39. After pulling the lever mentioned above, go and stand near the mesh fence so that you are ready sprint away from the enemies as soon as possible. Once the gondola smashes through the fence, the elevator will open beside and enemies inside will give chase. Sprint along the path vaulting over obstacles, ascending steps and also sliding beneath obstacles. Once you get to the top, be sure you jump the small gap to recover quicker, you also have a few seconds after this to recover some stamina. Then drop back down to the bottom, then go into the elevator where the enemies came from and use it. LEVITICUS THE DESCENT #94 Recording - The Descent - Once the elevator stops, drop through the small gap in front, then shimmy around to the back and drop down below the elevator. Then quickly jump over the small gate in front and the elevator will crash down behind you. Then spin around and film the broken elevator. TROPHY - Sancti Sepulchri - Descend into the mines. #95 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 11 - Follow the path until you reach a fork where a creature briefly appears, then go left and head all the way to the end to find this on the floor. Just be careful you don't fall off the narrow platform. Now take the remaining path and swim below the barricade. Enter the next room on the left and climb down the ladder. #96 Recording - Skinned Man - At the base of the ladder, head along the path and take the right where the rocks fall down. You will then shortly see a tortured body on the right nailed to a post that you can film. Keep following the path, go through the crawlspace, climb the ledge inside and then drop into the illuminated room. Unlock the door on the left, go through and turn right, then wait for the enemy ahead to walk away and enter a door on the left. Then go forward and open the door on the right, but don't go through. #97 Recording - Skin Wallpaper - Now run straight ahead and film the skinned bodies on the left beside a torch that you eventually reach. Don't walk too far past the torch otherwise you will spawn an enemy. Encounter 40. From where you got the last recording, turn around and face the way you came, then slowly move backwards. As soon as you hear the music change and the creature spawns, sprint forward and go through the door you recently opened on the left. Go through about 5 steps and then turn around, the creature should have stopped chasing you. Don't walk too far down this path otherwise you will trigger another creature to appear. Now go back out into the main corridor to aggro the creature again who is waiting just on the right, then go back into the 1st room and bolt the door closed behind you. Wait until the creature breaks through the door, then run behind him and all the way past where it originally spawned to eventually reach a mine cart that rolls into you. Recording - Enemy of My Enemy - Film the mine cart that rolls into you with the baby inside (only on PC). Pull the mine cart to you slightly, then crawl past it and go beneath the debris where the mine cart came from. #98 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 14 - After crawling beneath the debris, head straight on past the fire to find this on the floor. Go back to the fire and take the remaining path in the middle. Then crawl through the crawlspace to the far end. #99 Recording - The Bone Arbor - Go down the steps and enter the door at the bottom, then film the 2 skeletons on the stand in front of you. Keep following the path to enter a large chamber and trigger a cutscene. VAL'S REBIRTH Encounter 41. This begins as soon as the cutscene finishes, the enemies will be chasing you. Once you gain control back, run forward and jump the gap to escape the enemies behind you. Now go right and take a left at the mesh fence. Go forward to the next light, then go right at the fork. Once the rocks fall down, shimmy around them and then take the next left to reach some water. Encounter 42. It's hard to describe this encounter, you have to avoid detection from a single enemy with a torch while disabling 2 circuit breakers and then take the path past the live wire. The enemy will detect you if it passes within a few steps even if you're submerged. The first circuit breaker is in the corner just past the live wire and the 2nd circuit breaker is a bit further down the tunnels attached to a wood petition. Carefully disable these while avoiding the enemy by submerging yourself. Once both are disabled, carefully make your way past the live wire. The efficient way is to go straight to the 1st lever and pull it, then turn to face the light and submerge yourself once the enemy comes around the corner. Once the enemy walks to the left, go through the path it came from and pull the 2nd lever. Wait for the enemy to patrol back through here again, submerge as he approaches, then when he turns and goes back, make your way back to the 1st lever. Then wait for him to patrol back again and then you can continue past the live wire. Once past the live wire, jump over to the wooden frame and then climb up onto the ledge it slides into. Follow the path up to the track, then go left to reach a minecart. Push the minecart until it starts rolling itself, then carry on down the slope and step in beside the track lever. Once the minecart comes onto its original track, pull the lever to switch the track, then pull the minecart back up the slope and release it so that it smashes through the barricade straight ahead. Now go through the new path, take a left followed by a right and descend the ladder. Encounter 43. Looking at the ladder, take the path on the left and follow it to the end to reach a crawlspace, at which point enemies will spawn behind and begin chasing you. Make your way through the long crawlspace, always keep moving forward because if you slow down or get caught on some scenery, you will likely get killed. Once you eventually get to the end of the crawlspace, stand up and go right, then take the next right to reach some beams. Move across these and then fall off to land in the water below. Now make your way over to the fire in the distance at roughly the same elevation as you. Keep a lookout for any enemies in the swamp. If you take a left curve around the swamp, you should avoid them. Once you reach the fire, go left past it, climb onto the rocks and keep following the path. Eventually you will slide down briefly on the right at which point the enemies will stop following you. #100 Document - The Atheist - Before climbing the ladder, head through the shimmy space opposite it and you will find this document on the floor near a corpse. Now climb the ladder, head forward and climb the next 2 ladders. Drop down onto the beam and carefully traverse across it and climb up onto the ledge it leads you into. Climb up again via the gap in the boards above, then turn around and follow the path ahead. #101 Document - Knoth's Gospel Ch. 15 - You will shortly find this on the floor near a corpse below a light. TROPHY - Ordination - Collect all documents. Climb the rocks behind the document and follow the path to slide into a creatures loving arms, then make your way down to Lynn for a cutscene. FATHER LOUTERMILCH Once you gain control with Jessica, hold forward to follow a fixed path and you will eventually encounter a cutscene with the Priest. When you get control back, run forward towards the entrance until you hear a scream, then turn and run back towards Jessica. Head into the classroom on the far left and then go through the next door into the corridor, then go right and chase after Father Loutermilch. Once you get around the corner, enter the stairwell on the left to find Jessica. THE APOCALYPSE Encounter 44. As soon as you get control back, sprint forward to avoid the enemies and follow the linear path. Once you fall down briefly, the enemies will stop chasing you. Now follow the minecart track ahead, go up the stairs and open the door to reunite with Lynn. TROPHY - Let No Man Put Asunder - Reunited with Lynn. REVELATIONS THE APOCALYPSE #102 Recording - The Storm - Move forward a few steps with Lynn, then film the forest ahead. Go right once you leave the cave to get past the rocks and keep a lookout for a gravel path. Once you find the path, follow it left to an abandoned shelter, then head inside with Lynn. Encounter 45. After Lynn sits on the bed and you hear a scream, Marta will spawn in, so perform the next steps quickly. Head to the wall straight ahead, then follow it left and keep heading along the linear path to eventually find yourself upstairs. Once upstairs, keep following the path and there will eventually be a brief scene where Marta and the cross finally become one. Now go forward and go left past the barbed wire fence, then continue following the path. Once you see the tree struck with lightning in front of you, turn left and keep following the rocky path forward. #103 Recording - Fire in the Sky - Once the chapel comes into view, start filming the sky. Make your way up into the chapel and a cutscene will begin once you approach the torture bed in the main chamber. #104 Recording - Dead Prophets - Once you get control back, film the Prophet. Now leave the chapel via the main entrance and make your way forward to the settlement with all the dead bodies. TROPHY - Revelations - Witness the end. #105 Recording - She Will Never Die - Film all the dead bodies that you find in the settlement before you pass through. TROPHY - The Apostle Paul - Complete all recordings. After the brief scene and you resume control in the school, go forward and enter the open room on the left. Then go right to enter the kitchen and approach the door in the far left corner to find Jessica and finish the game. TROPHY - Born Again - Finish the game. TROPHY - Prophet - Finish the game without hiding in a barrel or closet. TROPHY - Sanctified - Finish the game in Hard Mode. TROPHY - Preacher - Finish the game in Nightmare Mode. TROPHY - Saint - Finish the game in Insane Mode. TROPHY - Messiah - Finish the game in Insane Mode without reloading the camera battery. TROPHY - Asahel - Finish the game in under 4 hours. MAIN MENU Now go into Chapter Select, Lamentation and load up The Lake. Now trigger the 2 trophies below to finally acquire the Platinum! TROPHY - Proper Penance - Crawl for 500 metres. TROPHY - Thoroughly Baptized - Spend 10 minutes underwater. TROPHY - Omnipotent - Unlock all other trophies.
